selfharmUK is committed to helping people overcome difficulties with self-harm, but the final section will provide you with some information to help you stay safe in the meantime. It is not designed to encourage self-harm or give the impression that it's a good thing to be doing; it is there out of recognition that just telling you to stop won't work, and we want to keep you safe while you recover in your own time.
